» You may use in-game currency, but please do ask us beforehand if we will accept or not.
» You may choose if you want to pay 50% upfront then 50% at the end, or full payment upfront.
» We will not give you the final piece nor will we start working on your commission before you complete your payment (option stated in the first point).
» Payment method will vary depending on situations. We mainly accept payment through Ko-Fi, PayPal and BCA. Please do not spread out personal information. We are uncomfortable by it.
» Painted style, complex background and heavily detailed artwork will have different pricing. Please contact us for the exact pricing.
» Additional fee will be applied if: Exceeding the maximal revisions allowed, rush fee, and no visual reference given.
» Negotiation is allowed as long as the price makes sense. Do not lowball it, please.
» If the commission is canceled for any reason, we will refund your money. See cancellation and refunds section for more information.

» Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.
» Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.
» Provide multiple clear reference images and/or moodboards of the character/subject.
» Provide detailed description of the character/subject such as personality, habits, likes and dislikes, attitude, relations (if more than one person, implied or drawn), etc
» Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.Process and Work Schedule

*Sketch stage will be a rough sketch and refined sketch. For sketch type commissions, complete revisions may be used at the time we show you the rough sketch.
» Resolution will vary depending on your request. The default size will be A4 3508 x 2480 px, sRGB, 300 DPI. Maximum size will be around 10,000 x 10,000 px as my device will not be able to handle above that.
» We will show a rough sketch stage*. We allow 1 complete revision during this stage. After approval, we will continue working on the commission.
» We will show WIPs throughout the process.
» Sketch stage* and WIPs will be sent in low quality and watermarked.
» We will always do our best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. We will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.
» Minimum work time will be 1~3 days for sketch and lineart, 3~5 days for simple render, and 4~7 days for complex render. This will vary depending on the type of commission, complexity, style, and/or real life situations.Revisions

» One major revision (complete revision) is allowed during the sketch stage.
» A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed throughout the commission process.
» Excessive minor revisions will be charged an additional fee.

» Revisions due to our own negligence are free.

» We, as the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
» We reserve the rights to publish the work on my social media.
» We reserve the rights to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation process.
» Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
» The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
» You must credit and link back to us or tag us when sharing or using the commissioned work.
» For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 2~3x the original price.
» Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.Usage Policy

✔️ Print the artwork for personal use.

❌ Use the artwork commercially (Selling the artwork in any kind of form) without purchasing the rights.
❌ Remove our signature or watermark.
❌ Alter or paint over the artwork.

» Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
» You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. Maximum being 97% refund due to PayPal transaction fee (if paid through Ko-Fi and not FnF PayPal.)
» I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
» You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
